We warmly acknowledge that Te Kauwhata College has recently gained their Gold Standard WorkWell accreditation. Te Kauwhata College are the first secondary school across the country to achieve this level of WorkWell accreditation.
Te Kauwhata College has been involved in the WorkWell programme since 2019 and have managed to continue their WorkWell journey through trials and tribulations such as COVID-19 and constant change. The level of resilience and commitment to the programme, that Te Kauwhata College Deborah Hohneck has shown throughout their WorkWell journey, is inspirational.
WorkWell Leader Kirsty Vodanovich has personalised their WorkWell programme to be known as their Hauora Hub and created an online system to improve connection, access and information sharing.

Te Kauwhata College celebrated this milestone achievement with an amazing morning tea for all staff, where their WorkWell Advisor Louise West proudly presented them with their Gold Standard WorkWell certificate.
