We are delighted to welcome QCONZ as a new member of the WorkWell programme! QCONZ signed up in November 2025, committing to support workplace wellbeing through the WorkWell pledge and beginning their journey with the engage stage of the framework.
Who are QCONZ?
Quality Consultants New Zealand Limited (trading as QCONZ) is a Hamilton-based operating nationally, providing quality assurance, audit, training, and digital solutions provider serving New Zealand’s primary sector. With more than 25 years’ experience, QCONZ helps primary industry businesses protect and enhance their reputations through expert auditing, training, and technology-driven assurance systems — including animal welfare, environmental compliance, and food safety programmes. They serve a wide range of clients across dairy, poultry, horticulture and more, with a nationwide team of accredited auditors undertaking tens of thousands of on-farm and on-site assessments each year. Their work also extends to developing training for primary sector professionals and creating digital tools that streamline quality assurance processes, further supporting capability building across the industries they serve.
WorkWell Journey So Far
After signing the WorkWell pledge last December, QCONZ has moved into the Engage stage of the programme. Their current priorities include:
- Raising awareness of WorkWell throughout their organisation
- Establishing a WorkWell committee to champion wellbeing initiatives
- Planning to deliver their first staff wellbeing survey early this year
The whole team at WorkWell is excited to support QCONZ on this journey as they embed a healthy, supportive work culture and continue to grow wellbeing initiatives that benefit their people.
