Mental Wellbeing Support for Workplaces

A combination of stress, change and uncertainty can have significant, long lasting and widereaching impacts on our mental wellbeing. With COVID-19 ticking all these boxes, it is unsurprising the mental health of many New Zealanders has been affected in some way. Therefore, it is timely for workplaces to consider new or additional ways to support staff mental wellbeing.  A free online learning tool with easy-to-use, practical strategies to cope with the stress and disruption.

A safe space to connect and support each other with selfcare resources for emotional wellbeing. Features include a journal, self-check tool, coping tools, and community support.
